THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
Industrial manufacturing plants often run isolated legacy PLCs without modern telemetry visualization or predictive alarm notifications.
THE ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION
Engineered IADP, a cloud platform connecting factory floor PLCs to an interactive web dashboard via MQTT broker links and Firebase telemetry storage.
SYSTEM OVERVIEW & ARCHITECTURE
Connects industrial PLC controllers (MODBUS TCP) through Node-RED MQTT bridges to a responsive Next.js frontend with live metrics dashboards.
